If any of you haven't looked into re-fi, I would think now is the time. Rates are around 4.87. Do your homework, make sure you are not adding term, paying large fees and such. I would guess that rates are going to head back up to the sixes soon. Oh, and if you haven't bought a home- now might be the time. Low rates, home prices down (to where they should be) and 8000.00 from the gov.
